Contracts with our key suppliers include provisions relating to ethical conduct, worker and human rights, environmental regulations, and anti-bribery measures.
MANAGING INGREDIENTS’ SAFETY
Individual suppliers are evaluated on the quality & safety of their raw materials for consumer health. In addition, we verify their policies regarding employee & human rights and environmental protection.
SUPPLY CHAIN SHORTENING
Whenever possible, we source fruit and vegetables locally. In line with the “Farm-to-Table” strategy, we promote a sustainable economy, minimize the risk of delivery delays, and actively reduce CO2 emissions.
